Sarah Popp grew up in Arnold, Maryland and lived in Maryland for twenty-four years before moving to sunny North Carolina. She has been an avid artist since she was young, starting with comic book sketches and eventually evolving into more advanced drawing and painting as she entered her senior year in high school.  Sarah was also the art and design editor for the yearbook during her senior year.  She started creating web pages at age fifteen and spent many years teaching herself HTML code, JAVA scripting, and design aspects through free web domains such as geocities and yahoo.  During her second year at Towson University, she designed her own web page as a senior project to her computer art class as well as served as webmaster for Towson University's College of Art & Communications web site. Her web design has since evolved to include more advanced script language and code using newer programs such as Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 and Adobe Flash Professional. She is currently working towards a second associates degree in networking technology as well as working as a part time college instructor.Sarah now creates web pages that cater to the entry level business entrepreneurs and individuals who need basic and effective homepages.  Always on the hunt for new techniques, she cruises the internet for inspiration, searching for fresh and innovative designs to make her own.  Sarah also designs her own graphics with Adobe Photoshop that compliment her web pages.  She has completed several web pages for various businesses, giving them a more accessible means of generating business. 

In addition, Sarah creates oil paintings and sells giclée prints of most of her artwork.  In her work she uses photographs and still lifes for more realistic works, as well as contemporary ideas in her abstract work. She is also an avid photographer and sells many of her photography prints as well. Sarah works out of her home, researching new techniques and developing skills for all aspects of her artwork.
